It is all the more crucial to opt for a tailor-made strategy for actors in the cultural world who are facing the aging of their key audience. In this context, we have been supporting the Orchester Chambre de Lausanne since the 2022-2023 season, in their digital marketing strategy on social networks.

Objectives

The digital strategy project undertaken by Marvelous Digital for the Lausanne Chamber Orchestra aims to help the orchestra reach a wider audience, especially the younger generations, by using social networks as an effective means of communication. The Orchestra's key audience is aging, it is important for them to reach a younger audience and retain existing customers by communicating on social networks. Marvelous Digital's bespoke strategy helps the Orchestra better position itself, reach a wider audience and strengthen its online brand image. The overall objective is to increase the visibility of the Orchestra, attract new customers and stimulate their commitment to the Orchester Chambre de Lausanne.

Our approach

Our approach is to understand the opportunities currently present in the region and exploit them through different waves of campaigns. By specifying the strategic audiences, we carry out tests which allow us, over the campaigns, to optimize the expenses as well as the return on investment.
