after the rain is a unique place. Indeed, this urban spa does not do things like other spas in the region. Thanks to a 100% private space, spa clients benefit from an environment that is extremely conducive to relaxation. In addition to this, the spa does not offer a treatment card but a capsule format, which consists of booking time with one of the therapists. All the capsules are unique because they are personalized according to the customer, his desire and the needs of the moment.

Objectives

In 2022, the spa made its grand launch. This is when our team was approached to support our client in the launch phase by defining a digital strategy (organic and paid) and communication axes (messages and visuals). The launch had all its importance: it was crucial that the target audiences understand that the after the rain spa is not a place like the others and that its services exceed the standards on the market. All this while respecting the digital codes.

Our approach

In order to cover all the aspects necessary for the definition of a 100% tailor-made strategy, the Marvelous team carried out a series of workshops covering points of business positioning, visual and brand identity and message definition. Subsequently, it was important to filter the appropriate channels for marketing actions. Once the strategy was confirmed, we launched everything in several stages, thus respecting a high level of monitoring and optimization over the weeks.

Since the launch and the year 2022, we continue to take care of the communication of the spa on Instagram, Facebook, Youtube and Google.
