Objectives

Our missions with CashEssentials were as follows:

- Modernize the existing website design while making it more user-friendly

- Allow for more efficient creation, editing, and publishing of content, for both editors and site administrators.

The goal for CashEssentials was to increase efficiency and attract more specialized visitors in the field to its digital platform. The challenge was to adapt the website's modules to a long-term vision while taking into account the evolving needs of customers and the market.

Our approach

In close collaboration with the CashEssentials project manager, we proposed possible and necessary adjustments to the old platform. Based on our experience, we suggested various solutions that fit their request and the existing website configuration.

After analyzing the state of the website and comparing our findings with the client's goals, we established a more relevant architecture in relation to the content presented. We designed clear, modern, and simple interfaces to accompany this new content structure. The website was custom-developed and deployed in English and Spanish on the WordPress platform, to ensure easy content management for the client.

When new ideas came up, we started by proposing the feasible possibilities on their website and what they involved. This way, the client could make their choice and we made sure the result was in line with what had been discussed.

Results

Since the launch of the new website, traffic has increased significantly, from around 700 weekly visits to gradually reach nearly 4,000. The client is also extremely satisfied with the ease of creating and editing new content.

Currently, we continue to advise and support CashEssentials in order to maintain and evolve the web platform according to their needs and wishes.
