The Caisse de Pension de l'Etat de Genève (CPEG) formed a team to create a comprehensive digital strategy. Our responsibility was to oversee the implementation of the strategy. One of the major challenges identified was the lack of cohesive and efficient communication with affiliates.

CPEG's objective was to gain a deeper understanding of its ecosystem, discover new communication opportunities, and establish a consistent and effective approach to reach its target audience.

Objectives

The goal is to ensure direct communication with affiliates on the appropriate digital channels. This will allow CPEG to better understand the needs of its affiliates and provide them with more efficient service.

Our approach

To fully integrate the diverse professions represented by CPEG, we organized workshops to simplify the subject matter and drive participation. This approach led to greater buy-in and a more comprehensive understanding of our objectives.

By involving everyone in the process, we uncovered untapped opportunities and addressed specific issues faced by certain departments, resulting in effective solutions.

Through these workshops, we crafted a comprehensive strategy document, including a SWOT analysis and communication channel benchmarking. This document is now in the hands of CPEG and serves as a reference for future decision-making.

Results

Our digital strategy, which was executed using the reference document, resulted in the launch of a new and improved website for CPEG. The website was completely revamped to seamlessly integrate the organization's vast content and simplify content management and updates for administrators and editors.

The results speak for themselves: we've seen a significant increase in website traffic, higher engagement, and more intuitive navigation for users. This new website provides a better user experience for CPEG affiliates and is designed to facilitate access to information.

Most importantly, this digital strategy goes beyond creating a modern and functional website. It also emphasizes the importance of tailored and consistent communication with CPEG affiliates.
