Challenge Idessin's positioning and define a digital strategy.

Context

Idessin is a player in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and has been present in Geneva for over 15 years. With a portfolio of renowned clients, Idessin supports its partners in the design, construction, and operation of infrastructure. However, despite its strong experience in the BIM sector, it was essential to conduct a positioning study to adjust Idessin's communication to its strategic audiences.

Overall, the objective was to define Idessin's value proposition and establish a clear position that would better support the future evolution of the sector in the years to come. Ultimately, the goal was to confirm a customized strategy that is aligned with current trends.

Our approach

To move forward with this project, we formed a task force that included a senior business consultant, a senior digital consultant, and a digital marketing strategist. The team conducted workshops with the client, allowing us to gain a deeper understanding of Idessin's commercial reality, the challenges faced, and the prospects for growth. Next, we defined the leverage points, key audiences, key messages, ecosystem to develop, and developed an action plan.
